Like last year, I didn’t focus on bigger or more known coffee shops, but on smaller. On coffee-shops run by highly passionate owners, who are happy to talk to you about coffee.
Here are our 9 favorite ones for 2018, many of them are same. But some I have to add the new one. The reason, why I changed some, It is because I have discovered some new one, what are interesting also.
