The act of preparing and enjoying a cup of delicious coffee is a wonderful morning ritual, especially during the winter time. The moments between waking up in the morning and getting ready for work are ‘Power Moments’. They will set the tone for the rest of the day.

Wake up with coffee

Why don’t we try to wake up 15 minutes earlier? During this time, we could prepare coffee for 5 minutes mindfully and sit down for 10 minutes to enjoy the drink. These 15 minutes in the morning can help us to create balance, even for the whole day. We can use these 15 minutes to lighten our ‘candles’ to get ready to live the day to the fullest.
