Original coffee (Mama coffee roasters) and Prazirna,
coffee roasters both based in Prague, I can’t really recommend the two Prague roasters, for the reason I put them together. Both in my option, they have more average quality. The coffee roasters “Original” has more interesting packaging, but there missing basic information on pack. I liked, they connected coffee with art and with box you will receive interesting graphic work from local artist.
The packang of “Prazirna” coffee roasters has more information on pack, but already on the way home a couple times it opened in my bag and I have to collect coffee beans all around my bag.:(
Quality of coffee beans are good, not too many bad in bag, but how I have mention the quality of coffee roasting in my option is more average, than good. I made a couple coffees with various ratios and various methods, didn’t like results. There are some marks of interesting flavours, but I thing the coffee from Original coffee roasters, could be little bit more dark, mainly when it is dry process. From “Prazirna” I have had two coffees Rwanda and Costa Rica, both same level roasting, quite flat.
The varietal of Arabica grows in shadow of forest of Northern Thailand. The varietal “Flora” is local hybrid, which grows on farm of “Nine-one company” . Nine one is one of the oldest specialty coffee roasters in the region. The own a couple coffee shops and farms around Chiang Mai.
The Fruity Flora from the coffee roasters was roasted on level “Dark medium”, what it will more suit to Espresso, Mokka pot or Aeropress preparation. But quit tasty, I found it via Chemex filters, which they cached the burn dust better than Hario filters. After in cup is more clean, without burn aftertaste.
Candy cane coffee is micro roasters based in Prague. The company run two passionate baristas. But the main person is Barista and roasters Ondřej Štoksa. They offer not too wide selection of coffee beans, but in my opinion quit good.
Chelelektu is town in zone Gedeo, after this town has name washing station. Chelelektu are known for their typical Ethiopian origin profile. You can find vibrant floral taste with some marks of citrus and stone fruit tones.
I have used the coffee beans for Filter preparation, I can recommend more higher ratio around 1:15 (Coffee/water). If, you will go lover the cup will quit intensive and you can lost the main tones.
The coffee roasters you can find, here:
Dos Mundos is small local coffee roasters. They focus on small, but in high quality production. The coffee roasters is based in Prague.
I have tasted them Ethiopia Guji – natural processed. I can write, it was on the most interesting coffee beans , what I have this year. The final cup has intensive tones of flower, with very pleasant wetness. I have used more coarse grinding and shorter blooming and brewing time.If you will be use longer, it can show some bitterness and it will be too sweet, so you will lost the flower tones.
The region is located in the southern portion of Sidamo the people of Guji have a long tradition of coffee cultivation. The ethnic is called the Oromo people. The Guji is one of the zones of the Oromia Region of Ethiopia and is named after a tribe of the Oromo people.

Stronger body, in my point little bit too strong. But you can get from them some sweet cherries. I think it is nice coffee, maybe more will be suit for Aeropress, than on filter. If, go to lower temperatures around 85C and longer blooming.
Based in Prague, they roast for own coffee shop near by city with name : “Kofarna”. There you can also buy the coffee beans, or order online.
Roasted Brown, coffee roasters based in Wicklow, near Dublin / Ireland. In my opinion one of the best coffee roasters from Ireland, From him, I never was disappointed, like from some more known coffee roasters. They more focus on quality of selected coffee beans than marketing.
Last time I had for filter Rwanda Nyamasheke PB. Very nice cup of coffee with strong tones of tea. Some sweethess.

Again varietal Heirloom (Mix of wild Unknown varietals) from region Gedeo / Yirgacheffe, small region in state of Sidama. The washing station Vote Konga is very good known for high quality coffee beans. The coffee beans were on a couple major british Barista competitions, always it was very success. The Caravan is in London base coffee roasters.
The final coffee prepared with Kalita is vibrant, with some floral notes. Depend of preparation, it can be sweet lime, pineapple acidity, or more sweet with some small acidity on the end. But the Floral notes is there always.

Finca Vista Hermosa Huehuetenango (Bourbon), Guatemala from 1600 – 1900 m elevation. roasted with in Denmark based coffee roasters The Coffee Collective. One of the most famous and oldest specialty coffee roasters in Europe.
The cup of coffee is remain me a lots fruity Kenyan coffee, with some lime tones. But once I have grinned more fine, than usually, the coffee started be more sweet and the tones are more like milk chocolates. At the coffee preparation you should go also to higher temperatures and more frequently to pour water.
